Arizona State University Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, M.A. Investigative Journalism (August, 2020 - Present) 

  • Part of the Howard Center of Investigative Journalism’s 2021 fall project “Gaslit.” Conducted complex data analysis with R, filed public information requests, completed a thorough literature review, and reported out promising lines of inquiry in the field. Additionally, worked as a photojournalist, as well as drone videographer for a mini documentary.

  • Photojournalist and photo editor for the Howard Center of Investigative Journalism’s 2021 summer project: “Little Victims Everywhere.”

 

Federal Aviation Administration, Part 107 Small Unmanned Aircraft System Certification

(September, 2021 - Present)

  • Certification allows for the operation of small drones for commercial and media purposes.

 

Indiana University, B.A. Underwater Archaeology and Anthropology

(July, 2005 - April, 2010)

  • Completed a double major in Underwater Archaeology and Anthropology, with a focus in museum studies. Curated an exhibit at the Mather’s Museum of World Culture exploring the world of underwater museums as a thesis project.

  • Minor in Creative Writing.
